Drivers Licence

I went through the process to get a Indonesian drivers licence today. Thankfully the embassy sends along a person to help you though the bureaucratic process, otherwise I doubt I could have done it. First off  my facilitator sent me home as my shorts and polo top were not satisfactory , I had to be dressed formally.  The process consisted on going to a large building where you go through about 5 waiting rooms in a row while your facilitator does stuff with the officials,  doing a cursory eye test and having your photo taken.
Takes a few hours all up. Now I am officially allowed to drive in this.
